Hand selected flora and a one of a kind interior design create a refreshing space to consume and socialize. Should you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days in advance, we will refund you 50% of the total cost of your stay (if we have collected it) The initial 50% deposit we collect for secure your requested dates is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation we can issue no refunds on any payments made.

LUXX RETREAT DOES NOT CULTIVATE, DISTRIBUTE, MANUFACTURE, PROVIDE, TRANSPORT, OR VEND ANY CANNABIS/OR MARIJUANA INFUSED PRODUCTS.The Maximum number of overnight guests in the home is 8. For events and other booking questions, contact us directly. All reservations are required to have paid for 50% of the total at time of booking. Pets are NOT allowed on site. Please be advised that all guests staying in your party will need to be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government issued I.D. to verify their identity. Note that this I.D. will not guarantee you entry to a Colorado recreational marijuana dispensary, as their policies and regulations differ from ours. If you reserve your dates more than 14 calendar days in advance from check-in date, we will collect 50% of your total cost of reservation at the time of booking in order to secure your dates of interest.
